OK…I’ve been looking at this picture for a while and I can’t figure out if that’s a really HUGE flower or a very tiny stool??? LOL

I wanted to let you know that I have really been enjoying your site all day at work in between moments when I’ve actually been working. The pictures are really awesome. I have been interested in getting into photography myself and want to get a digital camera. Any suggestions? And how many mega pixels do I REALLY need to get a quality shot?

Thanks a million!

Thanks, Tina. Glad you enjoy the pictures. As aa camera for photoblogging, I would suggest something small enough to fit in your pocket, so it can always be with you. The first thing you need to do is take thousands of pictures, so you can start to see how you see. You don’t need anything more than 4 Megapixels for this. And you don’t need a camera that’s good at everything. If I was buying one today, it would be something like the Canon SD410. Currently though, I shoot almost everything on film.
